United StatesPoor - after the rep tried to tell me that the problem with the paint was caused by moisture or heat and I told him there was no moisture or heat involved behind the brand new drywall. Either repeated there must be moisture or heat involved after which I said no and the person who applied the paint has worked in our home on new drywall with the same paint without ever experiencing the small bubbles that occurred. After I said this, he laughed. At which time I told him I was insulted with the way I was treated, instead of replacing the full gallon of ceiling paint, I was given a quart . Horrible customer service.
