Melanie Royster is an artist and designer serving clients all throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia. She studied Interior Design at Virginia Commonwealth University. In her artwork Melanie uses vibrant colors to highlight important messages and stories. As a designer she focuses on the healing properties of her clients’ environment, being fully aware of how color can affect their energy and well-being. Melanie is heavily influenced by Caribbean and West African cultures, which explains her love for vibrant colors. Her favorite neutral go-to color is Intense White OC-51, which is a nice light warm gray that can go with many different colors. Other strong favorites are Dragonfly AF-510 and Wasabi AF-430.
